Fresh, healthy non GMO organic microgreens delivered from our farm to your home!
Organic microgreens are young seedlings of edible vegetables and herbs. Unlike larger herbs and vegetables that take weeks or months to grow, fresh microgreens can be harvested and eaten 1 week to 10 days after planting.

Organic microgreens are nutrient dense seed sprouts that contain 40-70 % more nutritional value than a fully matured vegetable or fruit. Fresh Microgreens are loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants which promote an endless amounts of benefits to the human body. Studies suggest that consuming microgreens will reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, inflammation, immune system disorders and promotes healthy overall digestion.

Eating Microgreens
Organic microgreens are best eaten fresh for optimal nutritional absorption.. Great for salads, juicing, smoothies or on the go snack. They can also be prepared for dishes such as pesto, bruschetta, salsa, sandwiches, soup blends creating incredibly rich flavors to the pallet. Fresh Microgreens can be brought to any dish to enhance flavor, increase positive fuel and energy to the body.

Our Mission is to provide year round healthy, fresh microgreens and produce to our senior citizens, low income families and general public of our community in Star Valley WY. Our partnerships with The Wyoming Hunger initiative as well as The University of Wyoming & local business owners, enables us to do our part and ensure that no family will go hungry.

Sadie's family settled in Star Valley many years ago and worked very hard to sustain themselves through many generations in our rural community. We are proud to keep the family tradition alive by growing organic non-GMO food that feeds our local families. Thank you for supporting this tradition.
